Aerosol Monitor AES-1000-05N
Highly advanced sensor developed for industrial applications such as clean rooms, finishing operations and painting. Air-bourne particles as small as 0.5 microns can be detected. The monitor has an easy to read display and alarm features along with Ethernet capabilities.
The Aerosol Monitor which has easy-to-read display, and link to Ethernet system, can materialize simplified monitoring of Particulates at multiple location.
Features
- Stable and sensitive detection for Particulates of 0.5 microns and larger. Easy-to-read air cleanliness level, equivalent of ISO5 / Class 100 - ISO8 / Class 100,000.
- Unique air sampling method using "heater" to generate updraft, preventing choked flow. Suction pump is not necessary.
- Alarm comes on when the setting level goes beyond the required cleanliness, while monitor gives alarm signal output.
- Link to Ethernet system with purpose of monitoring at multiple location.

Display

- ①LAN terminal
Data can be collected by connecting a LAN cable and connecting to a hub or PC in the network. - ②AC power input terminal
Connect the terminals through the supplied AC adapter.
Description on the right side of the body
- ③Reset switch
This switch is used to force the main body operation back to the initial state (after turning on the power). - ④Rotary switch
This switch is used to set the alarm output point. Use a screwdriver to rotate the setting.
